Hot on the heels of the foundational backbend workshop comes the chance to explore asymmetrical and advanced postures we don’t always get to practise in our weekly classes.
“Advanced” doesn’t mean “inaccessible”.
Learn the steps that make Natarajasana (dancer pose) Kapotasana (pigeon pose) Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana (full king pigeon pose) Viparita Dandasana (inverted staff pose) accessible with the use of props, modifications and hands on assists, building strength and awareness to maintain integrity in the body mind and breath.
This workshop is suitable for those with happy backs and some yoga experience.
