Biodynamic massage is a psychotherapeutic form of massage concerned with the integration of all aspects of an individual – physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual. Working with the nervous system, Biodynamic Massage is a course of six weekly sessions or longer, which seeks to:
Stress reduction and relaxation
Relief of internal emotional pressure.
Release of muscular tension
Increased body awareness
Release of toxins
After the initial session, both therapist and client decide whether they would like to continue and agree dates and times in advance.
Anita Jasser is a certified Forrest Yoga teacher, a Reiki Level 2 practitioner and a body psychotherapist in training. Described as joyful, warm and caring, Anita creates a safe, supportive space and listens deeply.
