INGREDIENTS 

  • 90g oats 

  • 1 banana 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 4 tsp baking powder 

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • 1-2 scoops of protein powder – chocolate by purition tastes goood 

  • 2 tbsp flax meal

 

METHOD

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender until well mixed 

  2. Heat a non stick man to medium / high heat. 

  3. Add the batter in small circles. We’ve gone for plain this time but you could mix some blueberries into the mix – or if you’re feeling chocolaty add in some dark chocolate pieces. 

  4. When the edges look dry flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side. 

  5. Serve in a stack. Top with anything you like. Today we’ve gone for blueberries and maple syrup but we love a peanut butter & dark chocolate combo too!!
