MONDAY’S

  • Isobel is taking Pilates, Barre and Flow at 09:30 in Studio 2.

  • Dani will be taking over from Alan for Power Yoga at 12:30.

  • Agi’s back – catch her for 90 mins of Ashtanga at 18:15 in Studio 4.

  • Steph is well on the road to recovery from her ankle injury and will be back taking her evening barre, Pilates and fitness classes from Monday 7th January. 

 

TUESDAY’S 

  • Anwar is taking over from Marlon with a brand new WEIGHTS based fitness class – “Worth the Weight” at 07:15 on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. 

  • Catherine will be teaching new Vinyasa Flow class at 12:30 

  • Find Clara in Studio 4 at 18:30 for a Power Hour 

 

WEDNESDAY’S 

  • Ellie will be teaching a new Forrest class in Studio 4 at 18:00. 

 

THURSDAY’S

  • Anwar is taking over from Marlon with a brand new WEIGHTS based fitness class – “Worth the Weight” at 07:15 on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

  • Daniela will be taking Yang + Yin Fusion Yoga at 18:30 in Studio 4 starting on 7th February.

  • Becs will be teaching 2 x 45 min hardcore fitness classes in Studio 3 at 18:30 and 19:15.

 

FRIDAY’S 

  • Ruben is taking Barre and Body Conditioning at 10:00 in Studio 2.

 

SATURDAY’S 

  • Daniela will be in Studio 4 for Back to Basics at 10:45  

  • Rishin will be in Studio 1 for both Power at 11:00 and Restorative at 12:15 

  • Michelle has started her blissful Sound Journey and Meditation sessions on Saturday’s at 17:00 in Studio 1.
