  • 1 banana 

  • 2 pitted dates 

  • 200 / 250ml oat / coconut milk (more or less depending on what consistency you prefer) 1tsp cinnamon 

  • 40g oats 

  • Maca powder (optional) 

  • Handful of ice 

 

Pop it all into blender, blitz & enjoy!!
