As we kiss goodbye to 2018 and say hello to 2019, many of us will embark on a ‘new year new me’ mission. We are firm believers in working on and improving ourselves with small behavioural changes to help establish new habits.  Basically think big and start small!!  Making small adjustments to your daily routine can have a huge impact over time.

Here are 10 simple lifestyle tweaks that you can implement immediately with very little or no effort whatsoever: 

  • Ditch the diet

  • Cook more 

  • Slow down – meditate 

  • Get a good nights sleep 

  • Eat more good fats 

  • Move your body

  • Be kind to yourself and others

  • Swap milk chocolate for dark

  • Power down (ditch the phone after 9pm) 

  • Lift some weights at least once a week
